Enterprise Account Executive (HSJS001)

Location: Remote (US preferred)

Type: Full-time

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Director

About Bevy

Bevy is the enterprise community platform that helps the world's leading brands build, scale, and measure communities that drive real outcomes. We bring forums, user groups, events, and knowledge experiences together into one system, with analytics and AI capabilities that help teams understand what is working, what is at risk, and where to invest next. We partner with community, marketing, customer success, and digital teams at enterprise companies to consolidate fragmented tools, modernize community experiences, and prove business value.

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Bevy, you will own a territory of high-potential enterprise accounts and drive net-new revenue through a consultative, value-based sales motion. You will lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close, build executive alignment, and coordinate internal teams to deliver compelling business cases, clear implementation paths, and confident go-live plans. This is a role for sellers who love multi-stakeholder deals, can connect product capabilities to measurable outcomes, and operate with high accountability.

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 to 12 Months

  • Build a healthy pipeline that supports consistent attainment.

  • Create repeatable territory plans and account strategies.

  • Run clean, measurable discovery and map stakeholders and decision criteria.
  •
  • Consistently produce accurate forecasts and strong deal hygiene.

  • Close enterprise deals and contribute meaningful product feedback from the field.

What You'll Do

Drive enterprise new business

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including territory planning, outbound, and converting qualified inbound opportunities.

  • Build and progress a pipeline of enterprise opportunities aligned to Bevy's ICP and winning use cases.

Run a disciplined enterprise sales process

  • Lead structured discovery to identify outcomes, current-state pain, buying process, stakeholders, competitive landscape, and risk.

  • Develop mutual action plans with clear milestones, owners, and dates.

  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.

Sell value and lead executive conversations

  • Position Bevy as a strategic platform that connects community engagement to business outcomes.

  • Present and demonstrate Bevy in a way that is tailored to each stakeholder, including community leaders, marketing leaders, customer success, digital experience teams, and security stakeholders.

  • Build executive alignment and close plans that reduce risk and increase deal velocity.

Coordinate internal teams to win

  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create strong deal strategies and customer narratives.

  • Bring customer feedback and competitive intel to Product to improve win rates and roadmap clarity.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2+ years selling into enterprise accounts.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to sell to VP and C-level buyers.

  • Experience running a structured qualification and deal process (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC strongly preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including concise follow-ups and strong meeting control.

  • Comfort navigating security, procurement, legal, and implementation considerations in enterprise deals.

  • High accountability, strong time management, and consistent pipeline hygiene.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling community, CX, marketing tech, customer success tech, analytics, or platform consolidation solutions.

  • Experience selling into regulated or complex IT environments (SSO, security reviews, data considerations).

  • Familiarity with sales tools like Hubspot, Gong, ChatGPT, Zoom, Slack, or similar.

How We Work

  • Remote-first, collaborative, and high-ownership.

  • We win as a team and expect sellers to be both independent and highly communicative.

  • We value crisp process, strong storytelling, and customer empathy.

Why Bevy

  • Category tailwinds: enterprise community and customer marketing are becoming board-level priorities.

  • A product that is evolving fast with meaningful customer input.

  • High-impact role with clear visibility and room to grow.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits.

Compensation

This role includes a competitive base salary, variable commission, and equity. On-target earnings (OTE) are expected to range from $160,000-$200,000, with additional upside available through performance-based accelerators. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and scope.

Senior Manager, Moderation Operations (HSJS002)

Location:  US-Based, Remote

Type: Full-time

Department: tbd

Reports to:  Head of Trust & Moderation

The Short Version

Bevy is standing up a global moderation function for one of the largest enterprise community deployments in market. We need a Senior Manager who can run the operation, own the hardest calls, keep a distributed contractor team consistent and accountable, and build the governance infrastructure that lets us scale to additional enterprise clients.

This is a build role. If you want to inherit a finished system, this isn't it. If you want to be the person who designs it, this is.

What You'll Own

Escalation & High-Risk Moderation — ~50%

You are the senior operational decision-maker for complex and high-severity content cases — the last stop before legal or executive escalation. That means:

  • Adjudicating nuanced, high-stakes content that junior reviewers can't resolve
  • Managing repeat-offender investigations and formal appeals
  • Holding the line on consistent policy interpretation across global markets
  • Maintaining documentation that would survive a compliance audit or client inquiry

This part of the job requires real judgment — not just rule application. You'll encounter content that sits in grey zones, and you'll be expected to reason through it clearly and document why you decided what you decided.

Global Contractor Oversight — ~30%

You'll oversee a distributed moderation contractor network across US, EU, and APAC regions operating at approximately 300 hours/week:

  • Monitor queue health and SLA performance
  • Run structured QA audits and calibration sessions
  • Identify enforcement drift before it becomes a pattern
  • Deliver direct, actionable feedback that actually changes behavior

Regional teams move fast and independently. Your job is to keep them aligned without slowing them down.

Operational Governance & Reporting — ~20%

  • Track volume, escalation rates, and emerging risk patterns
  • Produce weekly and monthly executive summaries for internal and client stakeholders
  • Support compliance and client reporting requirements
  • Drive the operational groundwork for AI-assisted Tier 1 automation

You turn what the moderation function does into a story that leadership and clients can act on.

What Success Looks Like

At 90 days:

  • 300-hour/week global contractor model is fully operational
  • Escalation framework is running, not being designed
  • QA and audit cadences are in place
  • Reporting is live

At 12 months:

  • Enforcement consistency across regions is measurable and defensible
  • Appeal overturn rates are trending down
  • AI Tier 1 automation pilot is ready to launch
  • The playbook works for the next enterprise client, not just the first one

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Community Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles involving user interaction at scale
  • Experience working in or around high-volume, user-generated environments (forums, marketplaces, social platforms, gaming communities, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions using guidelines or policies, even when situations are not perfectly defined
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document decisions and rationale
  • Experience working with remote teams, cross-functional partners, or fast-moving operational environments
  • Comfort operating with autonomy and sound judgment in ambiguous or evolving situations

Preferred

  • Direct experience moderating or participating in online communities (Reddit, Discord, forums, gaming communities, etc.)
  • Familiarity with community dynamics such as peer-to-peer interaction, disputes, spam, or content quality management
  • Interest in Trust & Safety, digital governance, or community building as a career path
  • Exposure to AI-assisted tools or workflow automation (even at a basic level)
  • Experience contributing to reporting, analysis, or operational summaries for internal or external stakeholders
  • Background in global or multi-region environments is a plus, but not required

What We Value

  • Good judgment over rigid rule-following
  • Curiosity about how communities function and scale
  • Clear thinkers who can explain why they made a decision
  • People who take ownership without needing constant direction
  • Builders who see this as an entry point into a larger career in community, Trust & Safety, or operations

Compensation & Location

  • Base Salary: $85,000

  • Remote, US-based
  • This is an early, high-leverage role in a moderation function with direct line of sight to growth as Bevy's Managed Moderation Services scales

 Equal Opportunity

Bevy is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve. We provide reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process for candidates who need them.
